Our committment:

We are committed to continually enhancing our program to address exercise, drills, safety tips and a realistic approach to self-defense situations.

We "Build confidence through Achievement" and provide an environment conducive to positive relationships, fostering self-discipline, self-confidence and self-respect.

Monday and Wednesday's fitness classes make for one of the most dynamic and motivating workouts around. We do a lot of drills, combinations, focus pad work, kicking pad work and heavy punch bag work.

Tuesday and Thursday's classes offer a more advanced level in the sport of Kickboxing, Grappling and MMA. Mostly our competition students train on Tuesday and Thursday nights, here we do a lot fighting fitness, sparring and competition training.

So if it's an invigorating fitness workout you are after with the basic principles of kickboxing and self-defence as an added bonus, join our Monday and Wednesday program. When Sensei Etienne feels you are ready, you will be moved up to the Tuesday and Thursday program to start learning more about the art of martial arts, followed by gradings and competitions, moving you up to a perfect balance between body, mind and soul.
