 300 SPARTAN for Powa Warriors

 

During some research work for training programs I stumbled on the following program and tried it. It was super and very challenging. What i enjoy about it, is that it is simple and can be done at home or even in your office during lunch.

I hope you guys will try it and give me some feedback.

Do each exercise in order and with 30 second interval rests.

30 Wide grip Pull ups

30 Jump Squats (the wider the legs, the more you will feel on your quadriceps)

30 Explosive pushups

15 each Altenative Bicycling crunchies

30 Reverse grip pullups

30 Jumping Split lunges

30 Hanging Knee Touches

30 Diamond pushups

15 Calf raises each leg

30 Bent over mornings
